When you place a Special Order, you are buying an item that will immediately be placed with the manufacturer directly. Please note that some items may take up to a month or longer to be in stock. Once your order is placed, our team will promptly reach out to confirm availability and provide an estimated timeline for fulfillment.

Since Special Orders are placed directly with the manufacturer, they can only be cancelled if they haven’t been fulfilled yet. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock at the manufacturer. In this case, our team will immediately contact you to discuss the following options:

• Backorder the item and ship all available items now, with the remaining items sent once they arrive.
• Cancel the backordered item and proceed with fulfilling only the available items in your order.
• Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund where applicable.

Once items have been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order. Please note: All sales in our billiards category are final until negotiations regarding returns and refunds are settled with the manufacturer.
