When you place a Special Order, you are buying an item that will immediately be placed with the manufacture of that item directly. As such, items can only be cancelled if they haven't been fulfilled yet. Occasionally with Special Orders, an item might be out of stock at the manufacturer. In this instance our team will immediately reach out to you and work with you on your order for the following options and receive a full refund where applicable:

Back Order the item and ship all items as they become available, including already available items.

Cancel the back ordered item and proceed to fulfill all available items in the order.

Cancel the entire order.

Once items have been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order past that point. Currently all sales in our billiards category are final until negotiations with returns and refunds and settled with the manufacturer.
