They fix their mistakes

I ordered spa supplies and the default shipping address was wrong. I emailed them to correct it, but it had already been shipped to the other address. After a couple of email exchanges, they re-shipped the supplies to my real address. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. I would use them again.
